Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee on annual Professional licenses. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Annual License Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date for the Professional Annual License ($300/year), provided that:

Upon approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

After the 7-day window has passed, refunds are not available. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve it.

Enterprise Lifetime License

The Enterprise Lifetime License is negotiated and fulfilled offline via a signed service contract. Refund terms for enterprise agreements are governed by the individual contract between TweetPilot and the customer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Email us within 7 days of purchase
Send a message to ribencong@gmail.com with the subject line: "TweetPilot Refund Request"

Include your purchase details
Provide your order confirmation number (from Stripe), the email address used at checkout, and a brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated).

We'll confirm and process
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Once approved, your refund will be processed via Stripe and should appear within 5–10 business days.

License Revocation After Refund

Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be immediately revoked. TweetPilot will revert to the free plan on all associated devices. You will lose access to scheduled tasks and the AI remote conversation agent.

Your local data (workspaces, scripts, Data Blocks) will remain on your device and will not be deleted.
