By downloading, installing, or using TweetPilot ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
TweetPilot is developed and operated by 域世安(北京)科技有限公司 (Yu Shian (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.), a company registered in Beijing, China (Unified Social Credit Code: 91110108MA01XDTLXD), hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Company".
These Terms apply to all users of TweetPilot, including users on the free plan and users holding a paid license.
TweetPilot is a macOS desktop application that enables users to automate Twitter/X workflows using AI agents, scheduled Python scripts, multi-account management, and integration with third-party services including the TweetClaw Chrome extension and the official X API.
The Software runs locally on your device. We do not process or store your Twitter credentials or content on our servers, except where explicitly stated (e.g., license validation).
Free Plan: You may use TweetPilot at no cost with the limitations described on the Pricing page. Scheduled tasks and the AI remote conversation agent are not available on the free plan.
Professional License ($300/year): Upon purchase of a valid license key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the full feature set of TweetPilot on up to 2 devices for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
Enterprise Lifetime License: Available via offline agreement and signed contract only. Terms are negotiated individually. Contact ribencong@gmail.com for details.

One license key may be activated on a maximum of 2 devices. Sharing license keys with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation without refund.
Upon expiry of an annual license, access to paid features is suspended until the license is renewed.
TweetPilot and all associated materials, including but not limited to the software, logo, documentation, and website content, are the exclusive intellectual property of TweetPilot and its developers. All rights reserved.
Python scripts you write and data you create within TweetPilot remain your own property.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Twitter/X or any third-party service. Changes to the Twitter/X platform or API may impact Software functionality.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWEETPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current license period.
We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate your access to paid features at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of paid features and any license keys issued to you become void.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TweetPilot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or in-app notification.
